Purchasing an item

The process could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. N.B For security reasons, new customers must have their order sent to the cardholder's address. 

You will recieve a order confirmation, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Solo, visa Electro and Maestro. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

Delivery Schedule Standard delivery time for UK mainland is usually 2-5 days. (Customers are advised that any orders placed after 4pm on a given day will be processed first thing the following morning). You will be informed of any possible delays, so please give us a reliable daytime phone number so that we may contact you.

The 'Time in Days" figure quoted reference shipping, excludes Saturday and Sunday and all delivery times are subject to stock availability. Any out of stock items will be despatched on an express delivery service at no extra charge as soon as they come into stock.

Whilst we treat all orders as urgent we regret we cannot guarantee a next day delivery to Northern Ireland and the Isle of Man and for the following Post Codes an Extra 24hrs Must be allowed. AB3-5, DD8-9, FK16-21, IV1-56, KA27-28, KY, KW1-17, PA20-88, PH17-44, TR21-25, ZE1-3.

Liability - Please note that we cannot be held liable for any consequential loss caused by late delivery or loss by our carriers, only for the value of lost goods.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will put the item on back order for you. If there will be a delay outside our normal delivery time then we will contact you with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Credit Card Security

When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Privacy Policy GH Motorcycles do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option. Returns Policy We must be contacted within 7 days of you receiving your goods. Should you need to return any item please return it with the original packaging and send it recorded delivery. Enclose a copy of the invoice and a letter giving your name, address and telephone number, give details of the reason for return and what action you wish us to take. In the case of faulty goods please contact us and we will then decide the best course of action. GH Motor Cycles will not pay for the return of postage.

GH Motorcycles are not responsible for any labour charges incurred during fitment or removal of suspected faulty or incorrectly supplied parts. (This does not affect your statutory rights.)

With special orders or where goods have been made to a customers specification we must reserve the right to refuse cancellation and refunds and the deduction of a handling charge will be made at our discretion.
